  • Wandler ships worldwide. If you are unable to select your country, please don't hesitate to email us at info@wandler.com. Our team will do its best to accommodate your purchase. We offer free worldwide shipping on full priced items.
  • Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.
  • Shipping destination: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg. Delivery within 1-3 working days (shipment with DHL). Shipping destination: Other EU countries. Delivery within 3-5 working days (shipment with DHL). Shipping destination: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada. Delivery within 4-6 working days. *Please be aware of additional government duties and customs fees. Shipping destination: Rest of the world. Delivery within 4-7 working days. *Please be aware of additional government duties and customs fees.
  • If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us. Remark: as Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared.   • Wandler has a 14-day return policy: You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back for a refund. For return requests, please submit your return request by accessing our Returns Portal.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our Customer Service Team (info@wandler.com). Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our courier.
  • If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our Customer Service upon the receipt of the item (info@wandler.com)
  • The refund of your order will be processed within 5-10 business days upon the receipt of the returned items. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
  • International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the EURO currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination. We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website.
  • Although our bags, shoes and garments are very durable, extra care should be taken to keep your product in perfect condition: Wandler products are handmade in Italy using only the most luxurious materials. Our bags are crafted from fine Italian calf and bovine leather. The skins have a smooth surface and have been treated, giving it a soft and luxurious hand feel. Each leather skin is unique, so color differences or vein marks may appear and are natural features. This adds to the charm of this leather luxury item. WARNING Wandler hardware | Wandler uses gold colored plated hardware on your Wandler bag. The golden hardware will not loose clarity and color if handled with special care. Avoid any contact with other surfaces. Avoid all contacts with liquids and especially cremes or hand lotions. Please note that Wandler cannot accept any complaints regarding the loss of color on our gold plated hardware. Logo | The golden Wandler logo is placed on the leather via a heat transferred foil print. The golden logo will not loose clarity and color if handled with special care. Avoid any contact with other surfaces. Avoid all contacts with liquids and especially cremes or hand lotions. Please note that Wandler cannot accept any complaints due to loss of color, loss of clarity and/or damages of the Wandler logo Handle with care | The Wandler products are solely made to use for its purpose as a fashionable product and not made for any other use or purpose whatsoever. Wandler is not liable for defects and / or damages caused by: a normal wear and tear, including, without limitation, wear and tear of the skin and / or the liner and / or the hardware and / or the sole of the Wandler product; b rough handling, including, without limitation, defects and / or damages caused by dropping, bending, dragging, scrubbing, etc. of the Wandler product; or c improper use of the Wandler product, including, without limitation, use that is contrary to the (cleaning) instructions provided by Wandler (e.g. as set out on the website or in the Wandler product's leaflet)
  • To place an order, simply select the model and color of your choice and click “Add to Cart”. To complete your order, click “Cart” at the top right corner of our homepage. From your cart, you can modify the quantity or delete an item. You can proceed with your order by clicking “Checkout”. To complete your order, you may log in to your existing Wandler account, create an account with us, or proceed as a guest. Fill out your address, select your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment
  • When a model is listed as preorder, it means that the bag is currently being produced in our workshop in Spain. A scheduled shipment date is always indicated on the product page for models only available on preorder. If a model is out of stock on our website, you can ask to be notified once re-stocked by clicking “Email me when available” at the bottom of the product page.
  • Once finalized (i.e., payment confirmed), we cannot modify your order. Any change of color or model will require the cancellation of the initial order, before placing a new order. If your order was placed less than an hour ago, you can send us an email at info@wandler.com. We will then inform you of the status of your order, and proceed with its cancellation if it has not yet been prepared for shipment. If not, you can return your order.
  • After confirming your cart, delivery information and payment method, click “Pay Now” to complete your order. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order, and confirming the shipping method and delivery address entered. If you do not receive an email confirmation, do not hesitate to contact us at: info@wandler.com.
  • Once finalized (i.e., payment confirmed), we cannot guarantee that the cancellation of your order is possible. You can send an email to info@wandler.com. We will try to cancel your order and process your refund (which will appear in your bank account within a couple of days). If your order is already being prepared for shipment you will have to return your order via the Return page found HERE. Once the return is received and processed, we will refund the total cost of your bag, however shipping costs remain at your expense.
  • Your order is shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands and delivered directly to your home. We do not offer delivery directly to parcel pick-up locations. Please note that we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.
  • • 9€ for delivery to the European Union, • 15€ for delivery to Australia, • 20€ for delivery to any other international destination
  • Wandler has a 14-day return policy: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to register a return. For return requests, please submit your return request by accessing our Returns Portal.
  • Returned items must comply with our return policy: items must be in their original condition; bags and footwear must include the original branded boxes and dust bags, and be shipped in a protective outer box. Returns of worn, used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted, and refunds may be refused. Returns after the 14-day period or sent as cash on delivery will be refused. The sender bears the costs and risks of return. Wandler is not responsible for refunding import taxes/duties for returned items. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of returned parcels. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs will not be refunded. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Please submit your return request by accessing our Returns Portal. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • All returns should be shipped using the prepaid DHL shipping label provided after approval through the Return Portal. Return costs will be deducted from your refund. Return destination Benelux < 3kg: €10 Return destination Other EU countries < 3kg: €20 Return destination Other EU countries > 3kg: €25
  • For customers outside Europe, register your return via our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, and additional customs taxes are not covered. If delivered elsewhere (e.g., a pickup point), additional pickup service costs may apply. For a more convenient return option, contact us for a return label. Return label costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • • Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, only returns. You will therefore first need to return your order (to do so, click Make a return). • Your item will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense. • If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order.
  • • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days following receipt of your returned package, however we make every effort to ensure that it is processed within three days. Your refund will be confirmed by email. • The order amount is refunded back to the original payment method. • Please note that Paypal can take up to 10 business days to process a refund
  • You will receive an e-mail with a prepaid shipping label and a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your returned order. You will receive an email when your return has been received in our warehouse.
  • • For returns outside the European Union, it is important that you attach the proforma invoice sent to you on the front of your package (ensuring it is visible). • If the proforma is not visible on the parcel, there is a chance that your package will be held by Customs. If you realize that your parcel is being held by Customs (for example after tracking your parcel with your tracking number), we invite you to contact us at: info@wandler.com. We will do everything possible to solve the problem, however, we decline any responsibility in case of a return to sender
  • If you parcel is not marked as "Returned Item" and if the Proforma Invoice was not present, it might occur that your return is being charged with import duties. Please note that Import duties on a returned item will be charged to the customer. We will contact you if your item is charged with import duties and you have the choice to accept these duties, of have the item returned back to you so you can re-ship it with the correct documents.
  • • We use a strict security system for our website. Therefore, the name used to place an order must match the name indicated on the credit card used for payment. • If you encounter difficulties during this step, we advise you to contact your bank.
  • • Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed.
  • • A summary of your order can be found on your order confirmation email, but we can certainly provide an invoice upon request. • To request this, please contact us at info@wandler.com
  • • We do not offer tax refunds for purchases made on our website
  • To create an account on our website, simply click on "Account" at the top right of the home page on your computer. Then click on "Create an account", fill in the requested information and validate. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address entered.
  • By logging into your account you can find your order history. Your account keeps a history of all your past orders. However, orders placed before the creation of the account cannot be added.
