1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on wandler.com. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Wandler reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version published at the time of purchase will apply to that order. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Wandler entity applicable to your region:
- If you are located in the United States, you are contracting with Wandler Web USA LLC.
- If you are located anywhere else in the world, you are contracting with Wandler Bag B.V.
wandler.com is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases are made directly with the applicable Wandler entity. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Wandler. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Wandler.
2. Products & Availability
All items are handcrafted with care in Italy. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, minor variations may occur due to artisan production processes or screen display differences. Availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Global, except United States: All prices include VAT for EU customers and exclude duties or taxes that may apply outside the EU, except where DDP is explicitly stated in our Shipping Policy.
United States: All prices are inclusive of any applicable duties and taxes as stated at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Wandler is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen carrier disruptions. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns
Global, except United States: Customers may return unused items within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Return Portal. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and, for EU & US customers, a prepaid return label via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
EU Customers: Returns from EU countries are subject to a €10 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.
US Customers: All returns within the USA must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided after approval through our Returns Portal. A $10 return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and processed.
Non-EU Customers: Returns from outside the EU are at the customer's expense. You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable import duties. Please ensure that all returns are clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. Wandler is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or held in customs during the return process.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on wandler.com — including imagery, logos, text, design, trademarks, graphics, video, and audio — is the property of Wandler and its affiliates or licensors, protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent. Wandler's trademarks are owned by Wandler Bag B.V. or Wandler Web USA LLC as applicable.
7. Liability
Global, except United States: Wandler is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the purchased product.
United States: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wandler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of wandler.com or any products procured through it. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
United States only: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wandler Web USA LLC, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, or claims including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of wandler.com.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
United States only: WANDLER.COM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
10. Governing Law
Global, except United States: These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law. You and Wandler Web USA LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to wandler.com. It is your responsibility to check wandler.com periodically for changes. Your continued use of wandler.com following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
