Refund policy

Returns
Wandler offers a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund. To request a return, please submit your return via our Returns Portal. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

EU Returns
All returns within the European Union must be shipped using the prepaid DHL return label provided after approval through our Returns Portal. A €10 return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and processed.

Non-EU Return
For customers outside the European Union, please register your return through our Returns Portal and follow the provided instructions. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs duties or import taxes are not covered by Wandler.

Please ensure your parcel is delivered directly to our warehouse. Returns sent to pickup points or alternate addresses may incur additional pickup service fees. For a more convenient option, you may request a prepaid return label from us; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

Returned items must meet the following conditions:


  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Bags must include the original branded boxes and dust bags, and be shipped inside a protective outer box.
  • Returns of worn, used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Returns sent after the 14-day period or marked as cash-on-delivery will be refused.

The sender bears the costs and risks of return. Wandler is not responsible for refunding import duties or taxes related to returned goods and is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of parcels during return transit.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after receipt.

FAQs
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
Please contact our Customer Service team at info@wandler.com with photos of the damaged parcel and keep the packaging for courier inspection.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact info@wandler.com immediately upon receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once your return has been received and approved. We may decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy conditions. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
