Wandler meets Julio Rondo

For Spring/Summer 2021, inspiration sprang from Julio Rondo, the modern artist who

is anything but traditional. Known for painting behind glass and turning the artistic process on its head, his cutting-edge approach and use of color speaks to our aesthetic. 3 of Rondo’s artworks really resonated and reflected the 3 years of Wandler as a brand – referencing progression through time.

Color is at the centre of Wandler’s design identity and a huge part of how our stories are told – with Julio Rondo artwork as a central reference point for Spring/Summer. Like Rondo, our aesthetic thrives off uncommon combinations and mixtures of color.
