Our hardware is finished in gold-tone and, more recently, silver-tone options to complement the leather. With the right care, these finishes will maintain their clarity and shine. To keep your hardware in pristine condition, gently clean the surface using a dry, soft microfiber cloth.
While we collaborate with renowned Italian suppliers, a select part of our hardware is exclusively developed in-house, to reflect the design language of Wandler. These bespoke elements are designed by our team in Amsterdam and produced in Italy, such as the custom hardware seen on the Kate Bag, as well as the Veneto closure.
Exposure to chemical substances such as alcohol, hand sanitiser, acetone, hand lotion, or sunscreen may compromise the original finish, leading to discolouration or removal of the lacquer. If this occurs, gently wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth and allow it to air dry.
Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, as these may cause scratches or irreversible damage. With proper care, your hardware will retain its clarity and shine
