SELECT YOUR FINISH

  • No.01Structured Calf Leather
    No.01Structured Calf Leather

Smooth bovine leather is known for its soft, luxurious touch and subtle sheen. With use, it will subtly evolve in colour and texture, adding quiet depth to its finish. We work with two typologies of smooth skin leather. The Hortensia uses the structured typology.

01 Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the surface smooth and luminous.

02 Although our calf leathers are treated for water protection, they retain a natural finish. Overexposure to water should be avoided.

03 If your bag gets wet, gently remove any moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Never use heat.

04 With time, small creases may form and the colour may shift subtly, natural signs of the leather’s evolution and character.

05 To treat light scratches or wear, apply a small amount of leather cream, natural or colour-matched,  to the affected area.

06 Polish with a clean, dry cotton cloth to restore the natural shine and remove any excess before use.

07 Always test the leather cream on a discreet area first to ensure the colour and finish are suitable.

08 Avoid using leather cream on matte leathers, as it may create a light sheen.

09 For lighter colours, avoid contact with darker fabrics or materials prone to dye transfer, such as denim.

10 Store your bag in its dust bag in an upright position with paper stuffing, ensuring all straps and chains are placed inside. Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, and humidity.

Our Care Kit for smooth & crusted leather is the perfect tool to best maintain your leather bag.

  • No.02Embossed Calf Leather Lizzard
    No.02Embossed Calf Leather Lizzard

Italian calfskin leather, LGW certified. With time, the texture of embossed leather may soften slightly, enhancing its character. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris, taking care not to press into the grooves of the embossed surface.

Available in Tabacco Lizzard, Lime Lizzard, Grey Lizzard, and Bordeaux Croco.

01 Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the texture and natural shine.

02 Avoid overexposure to water — although our embossed leathers are treated for protection, they maintain a natural finish that benefits from gentle care.

03 Should your bag get wet, gently remove any surface moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Never use heat.

04 The distinctive grain and texture of embossed leather require delicate handling. Avoid rubbing or excessive friction, especially on corners and raised areas.

05 To maintain its finish, use only a neutral, soft leather cream sparingly. Apply with a light touch and polish gently with a clean, dry cloth.

06 Always test any product on a discreet area first to ensure suitability of colour and finish.

07 Avoid using leather cream on matte or high-gloss finishes, as it may alter their natural appearance.

08 For lighter colours, take care to avoid contact with dark fabrics or materials prone to dye transfer, such as denim.

09 Keep away from grease, perfumes, lotions, and other products containing alcohol or solvents, which may damage the surface or dull the embossing.

10 Store your bag in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to maintain its structure and texture.

  • No.03Glazed Calf Leather
    No.03Glazed Calf Leather

Rigid bovine leather with high sheen finishing, with a light craquelé effect. Perfect for a structured, luxurious look. Colors on this leather topology are slightly cloudy and give it a unique, deep and rich appearance.

  • No.04Crust Calf Leather
    No.04Crust Calf Leather

Tumbled soft calfskin leather, LGW certified. In general grained or crust leather is less sensitive for scratches making it a more durable option. Grained leather is naturally durable yet refined. Its surface may develop small variations with wear,  subtle signs of its authenticity and craftsmanship. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove any loose dirt or dust and keep the texture defined.

  • No.06Suede Calf Leather
    No.06Suede Calf Leather

Suede is Italian calf leather, with LWG certification which is a unique and delicate material. Avoid contact with light-coloured clothing or upholstery, as dye transfer may occur. Because our leathers have a natural finish, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water. Should your bag get wet, gently remove any surface moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally — never use heat.

Water drops may temporarily darken the suede but can return to their original tone once fully dry. If marks remain, lightly brush the surface with a soft suede brush made of nylon or other gentle bristles to even out the texture and restore its velvety finish.

Available in Space Suede, Beige Suede, Palissander Suede, Acai Suede, Olive Suede, Tan Suede, and Cognac Suede.

01 Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep your bag looking fresh and luminous.

02 Do not overload your bag — allow it to maintain its natural shape and structure.

03 Avoid contact with darker materials or clothing, as colour may transfer onto the leather.

04 Use a conditioner specifically formulated for suede to nourish and protect the surface.

05 Store your bag in its dust bag to minimize exposure to dust, light, and humidity.

06 Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and damp environments.

07 Avoid contact with grease, mud, dirt, rough surfaces, and rain.

08 Extra care should be taken with white and light-coloured handbags.

09 To remove stains from suede, use a soft pencil eraser or fine-grade sandpaper. Gently rub the affected area until the stain clears.

10 Take your bag to a professional suede cleaner once a year for deeper care.
