Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead and enhance our online sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis, with a passion for high fashion and a keen eye for detail. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and optimizing online sales performance.

Key responsibilities
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analyze website performance data and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Manage and optimize the Wandler.com ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and growth.
• Coordinate with the design teams to ensure high-quality product listings and engaging online content.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep Wandler at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage the e-commerce budget, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance and ROI.
• Lead a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Focus on growth in Western Europe and US and prepare a plan to expand into Asia in the coming years
• Customer service

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the high fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Affiliates marketing, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce platform Shopify
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for high fashion and a keen understanding of the latest trends and consumer behavior.
